Sunil Duggal

Founder & Director

With more than 20 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, and business development, Sunil Duggal leads SP Manpower Inc. with a strong focus on reliability, client satisfaction, and long-term partnerships. Before establishing SP Manpower in 2014, Sunil held key HR and management roles at Aurum India, Malton Employment Agency, Mascot Employment Services, and KEE Human Resources. His deep industry knowledge and hands-on leadership have helped the company grow into a trusted staffing provider across the GTA.Sunil holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Business Management from Punjab Technical University.

Ankush Duggal - Director of Operations

Ankush Duggal

Director of Operations

Ankush Duggal brings over 10 years of operational and technical experience to his role as Director of Operations at SP Manpower Inc. Since joining in 2015, he has played a major role in optimizing workflows, improving sales, and strengthening client relationships. Previously, Ankush worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at Infosys, where he focused on software development, process improvement, and analytics. His strong problem-solving abilities and data-driven approach help ensure smooth daily operations and efficient staffing solutions. Ankush holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Electronics from Panjab University and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Supply Chain & Logistics from Humber College. He is also a SAP Certified Associate.
